Right of withdrawal

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that orders that are not picked up from the designated pick-up point will not be refunded (see more information below).

How to return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, send us an e-mail at hello@wowbrow.com with your order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@wowbrow.com.

Please note that if you choose to return your package, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. A fee of 49 NOK will also be deducted to cover the return shipping.

Refunds for returns

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@wowbrow.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Complaints & Claims

We want you to love your WOWBROW products. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us at hello@wowbrow.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.

We’ll review your claim and work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible. If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Our goal is always to make things right.

Please note: If you purchased your WOWBROW product from one of our retail partners, such as Vita, Lyko, Åhléns, Sokos, or another retailer, any complaints or claims must be handled directly through the retailer where the product was purchased. They will be able to assist you with the next steps regarding your claim.

Lost or delayed packages

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, it’s out of our control. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping provider directly. However, we’re happy to assist you in tracking it down.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure that your name, address, and contact information are entered correctly when placing your order. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information, or is returned to us as unclaimed, a fee of 89 NOK will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping and handling costs.

WOWBROW is not responsible for packages that are lost after delivery to unsecured mailboxes or delivery locations.

Unclaimed packages

Orders that are not picked up from the designated pick-up point will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for collecting the package and, if they wish to return it, sending it back to us following the standard return procedure. Failure to pick up an order does not constitute a valid return.

For home deliveries, orders that cannot be delivered to the recipient due to incomplete or incorrect address or information provided by the customer will also not be refunded.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Processing & shipping times

We process orders quickly so you can get your Wowbrow products as soon as possible! Orders placed before 12:00 CET on weekdays are processed and shipped the same day. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. 

Estimated delivery times:
Norway & Scandinavia: 2-5 business days
Europe: 4-7 business days
